Before you order

What's the minimum order?

It depends on the piece. Each product shows its pack sizes: most start at 50 or 100, and a few at 10, 25 or 200. For larger runs, please email us.

How long does it take?

It depends on the piece and the quantity. Everything is made to order, so check the timeline on your proof and order early enough for your event.

What logo file should I send?

Whatever you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. If we need a cleaner file, we'll ask before your proof.

My logo has several colors. Will that work?

Yes. How your colors show depends on how the piece is decorated:

Full-color print and embroidery show your logo in its own colors.
Engraving, debossing and one-color print show your logo in a single tone, with every detail kept.

Each product page names its decoration, and your proof shows exactly how it will look.

Can you match my brand's Pantone (PMS) colors?

Send your Pantone (PMS) numbers with your logo and we'll match them as closely as the piece allows. An exact PMS match needs specially mixed ink or thread, so it can add a charge: we'll tell you the cost before anything is made. Without PMS numbers, we match the colors in your file.

Where does my logo go?

Each piece has its own placement, shown the moment you add your logo. Change the size with the slider on the product page. Your proof shows the exact placement.

How do I pay?

By card at checkout. Companies can also pay by invoice against a purchase order: email us your PO.

How does shipping work?

Delivery is included on most pieces. Where shipping applies, it shows at checkout before you pay.

Can you ship to several addresses?

Right now, each order ships to one address.

What if something isn't right?

We make exactly what you approve, so check the spelling, colors, size and placement on your proof before you approve it. If something arrives damaged or different from your approved proof, email us photos right away and we'll review it with you.
