Before you order

What's the minimum order?

It depends on the piece. Each product shows its pack sizes: most start at 50 or 100, and a few at 10, 25 or 200. For larger runs, email us for a quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on the piece and quantity. We confirm your delivery date in writing with your proof, and build in a buffer so it holds.

What logo file should I send?

Whatever you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. If we need a cleaner file, we'll ask before your proof.

My logo has several colors. Will that work?

Yes. Full-color printed and embroidered pieces show your colors. Engraved, debossed and one-color pieces show your logo in one tone, with the details inside it kept. Each product page says which, and your proof shows exactly how it will look.

Where does my logo go?

Each piece has its own spot, shown the moment you add your logo. Change the size with the slider on the product page. Your proof shows the exact placement.

How do I pay?

By card at checkout. For quotes, we send an invoice.

How does shipping work?

Delivery is included on most pieces. Where shipping applies, it shows at checkout before you pay.

Can you ship to several addresses?

Right now, each order ships to one address.

What if something isn't right?

If what arrives doesn't match your approved proof, we remake it. That's our promise.
